If you choose to download it, do so from a trusted source (community forums with reputation systems, not bulk driver websites). When the counter reaches 100%, the printer stops working to prevent ink overflow. The V3200.32 tool resets this digital counter back to 0%, tricking the printer into believing it has a fresh ink absorber pad, thus clearing the error. Why Version V3200.32?
Release the button only, while keeping the Power button held down. If you choose to download it, do so
: Simply resetting the counter does not empty the ink absorbers. Failing to clean or replace the physical pads can lead to ink leaking out of the bottom of the printer.
If you reset the counter multiple times without cleaning or replacing the physical ink pads, ink will eventually leak out of the bottom of the printer.
: Connect the printer via USB, open Service Tool V3200.exe , and ensure it recognizes the printer.
Service Tools do not work over Wi-Fi. Always use a USB cable.
