This paper explores an unconventional trifecta of wellbeing: Naturist Freedom (the praxis of clothes-free social and solitary recreation), psychological relaxation, and the use of a trampoline. While seemingly disparate, we argue that the trampoline serves as a potent, underexplored apparatus for achieving a state of “kinetic zen” within naturist philosophy.
