Despite these untranslated parts, the patch is still very playable. The main story and all critical information are in English, and players have confirmed they were able to enjoy the game from start to finish. This public link is valid for 7 days
Scroll to the Game tab on your PSP’s XMB. You should see Shining Hearts appear (the icon and title may still be in Japanese if the patch didn’t replace them, but the in-game text will be English). Launch it—the opening cutscene and menus should now be in English.
